Care that doesn’t wait for the next appointment
Many people live with diabetes, high blood pressure, or a heart or lung condition. Between visits small changes are easy to miss, and by the next appointment weeks or months have passed.
Remote patient monitoring uses connected devices — a blood pressure cuff, a scale, a pulse oximeter — so your care team sees how a condition is trending rather than one reading on appointment day. It works alongside the doctor you already see, and it does not replace them.
